Nevada LLCs have to file an Annual List and renew their State Business License every year to maintain its good standing status and keep doing business in the state of Nevada.
The Annual List & State Business License renewal are contained in the same filing.
The full name of the Annual List is actually the “Annual List of Managers or Managing Members”.
Nevada LLC Annual Fees
- Annual List of Managers or Managing Members = $150 per year
- Nevada State Business License Renewal = $200 per year
Your Nevada LLC Annual List & State Business License renewal are due on or before the last day of your LLC’s anniversary month. The anniversary month is the month your Nevada LLC was approved.
If you don’t file your Nevada LLC Annual List & State Business License renewal on time, the Secretary of State will charge you a $175 late fee and your LLC will go into “Default” status.
If you continue to ignore this requirement, your LLC’s status will become “Revoked”.
After 5 years of an LLC being in “Revoked” status, the LLC then becomes “Permanently Revoked”.
